EIGHT STEPS AFTER WAKING UP



EIGHT SIAW LIM PAY MOVEMENTS WILL MAKE OUR HEART HEALTH 

In the morning after waking up, we can do some movements or steps for some minutes in  bed before we go down. These steps are very useful to strengthen the organ of our body
and to prevent brain blood vessel disease and heart disease.


1. Go our body back and forth for 1 minute

    After we wake up, do not stand up but try to go back and forth slowly for 1 minute. These movements are useful to flex the waist muscle s and spine muscles


2. Massage the ears for 1 minute

Message our ears for i minute till it feels hot. There are many accupoints inside the earlobe that affect the whole body. This massage can launch "qi meridian". Massage on earlobe has special efficacy to the symptoms of ears ringing, engrossed firefly, and being easy to forget.

3. Turn the eyeballs for 1 minute
The next movement or step is to rotate our eyes for 1 minute the same as the movement of clockwise and vice versa. This movement can train the eyes muscles and cause our eyes to be bright so that  when we wake up the eyes already feel bright.


4. Other movements in our face

Massage the nose for 1 minute and move the bellow teeth to upper teeth for 1 minute. This movement can make our teeth health, especially the the roots of teeth. Next we turn our tongue to rotate for 1 minute, this movement will make our tongue not stiff and train its sensitivity.





5. Swap the navel for 1 minute.

Swap the navel for 1 minute by circling the navel with both palms alternating. Make a circle a bit wide up to 2-3 fingers above and below  the  navel. This movement will be positive for digestion and internal organs.


6. Bump the abdomen and hold the rectum for 1 minute

Bump the abdomen and hold the rectum for 1 minute. By repeatedly deflating the stomach and holding the rectum not only can improve sexual functioning but also can prevent hemorrhoids and urine.


7. Sit and comb /scratch the head with your finger for 1 minute

Sit and comb/scratch starting from the forehead to the back to the rear hair limit.  Do evenly to the entire head. This movement can launch blood circulation in the head, add blood volume in the brain that can prevent diseases associated with blood vessels of the brain and can prevent stroke.

8. Massage the foot for 1 minute

Massage the foot for 1 minute using the heels alternatively. This movement can make your feet warm and can strengthen the spleen.
